The Windy City turned electric when Star Wars fans from all over the world met in Chicago to attend Star Wars Celebration. It was truly an event to remember. The long awaited Episode IX trailer. A preview of The Mandalorian. Saving the Clone Wars and a 20 year look back at the Phantom Menace!
But what made this occasion truly special was the fans and Ro was lucky enough to talk with many of them on the floor of Celebration.
Here’s Laura, who shared her inspirational story of how Ashley Eckstein and Her Universe gave her the courage to finally be who she truly is.
Did you see this amazing tank from Jedha? That was designed and built the guys at Veteran Garage Props who were inspired by a courageous young boy named Phil to start turning their dreams into a reality.
Lisa was able to build the coolest Bantha in town by combining her culture with her love for Star Wars. And you’ll never believe what that bandolier was made out of!
“Yes, Lord Vader, we’ve reached the main generator. The shield will be down in moments. You may start your landing.” Wait, was that a cat?! Yes, it was. In an AT-CAT!
